Learn bhangra & sweat it out!

Workouts focused on cardio, strength and toning. Follow along Punjabi-style to heart-pumping beats, carve your body into the shape you strive for. Use the form and technique of Bhangra to focus on key muscle groups. We have the best of Bhangra playlists lined up for you to rock on! Challenge yourself to match the pace and give your body a high-intensity sweat dripping workout.

INTERMEDIATE / ADVANCED
Step up the game with advanced moves
This level is for you if you’ve got some prior dance experience in any dance style or have built the basics in our Beginner classes.

The class quickly takes you through the moves as we step up our routines while balancing the momentum with grace and form.

BEGINNER / INTERMEDIATE
Learn the basics of Bhangra with cool routines
Understand the form and technique to Bhangra the right way. Learn Bhangra from the best teachers in the US. Our Bhangra instructors have years of experience and training with the knack for some fun and challenging choreography.

Join the beginner/intermediate level if you have little to no dance experience. Build your stamina and develop grace in the dance, while learning the subtle form and movements of Bhangra.
